$5,000 OCF Award Supporting the Needs of Local Students

1st Phoenix Community Center is pleased to announce the receipt of grant funds from the Oregon Community Foundation to help the Community Center further our support of local students.

Grant Purpose:

To begin providing clothing, hygiene products, and equipment to students in

winter, in addition to fall and spring.

The specific OCF Funds that made this possible:

  • John S. and Frances Winslow Fund - $2,000

  • Bertha L. Harris Fund -$3,000

Huge thank you to both funds for their support and as always to OCF for helping facilitate this support for the community.
