We are honored to announce that 1st Phoenix Community Center has been awarded a $4,000 grant from the Reed and Carolee Walker Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation. This generous support, given in memory of William "Bill" Thorndike, will provide technical assistance to help us grow our internal capacity.
